The JBorhood is here to empower and support individuals to explore their own Jewish journeys. The Community Connector or Chief Welcome Officer (CWO) is a key role to help bridge the gap and engage more people in Jewish life.
As a CWO, your job is to help people connect with each other and with the Dallas Jewish community. CWOs build relationships, invite people to join them at low barrier experiences and identify relevant community resources and opportunities that help deepen people’s connection to Jewish life.

We have a commitment to creating links, bridging gaps, reaching out, and fostering a sense of belonging and connection among all members of our community.
